Mods not working urgent

I need help i have to prime weapons that i worked hard to get and they dont work let me explain… in the non prime Tigris i could upgrade the magazine size with mods and it would go up to 6 / 7 bullets in the mag but i dont remember well but im sure it was 6 at least, and on the prime version the weapon dosent kill a thing and the mods dont upgrade nothing and the magazine size dosent change , the same is happening with Silva & Aegis prime the speed of the weapon is 0.750 ive putted primed fury on maximum and the speed just goes to 0.751 and the weapon dosent kill anything and dosent move at all very very slow...help me lots of my frames and weapons are with the same issue even the non prime weapons are getting affected i couldnt play warframe for days because of this and now its getting worse and i cant upgrade the mods because it says i have that mod equipped in every weapon and frame when i didnt even used that mod in my life…  HELP ME!!! PLZ!!!
