Shift + ù (percent) UNSYNC the mouse on AZERTY keyboard

Hi,

I'm on windows 10 pro 1809,
If I press left shift + ù on an azerty keyboard (so to write "%") It block in-game mouse and windows mouse appears.
The problem is that you cant write anymore in the channels and the camera become crazy.

You can disable it by pressing again left shift + ù but its really annoying

Does someone experience this when you press left shift + ù ?
It seems to be only on azerty keyboard, I tested all shift combinaisons and nothing happens on qwerty.

I dont know if it's related with windows version, but it appeared after I did a clean install of windows 10 1809
