(NSW)AllButNiall Posted December 5, 2018 Share Posted December 5, 2018 Yeah. Quit to home screen and then click + button on Warframe. Scroll to software update then click update. This should fix it. Toothsaw Posted December 6, 2018 Share Posted December 6, 2018 Unfortunately it seems that after the hot fix every time I try and buy some Platinum from the eShop, it isn’t added to my in-game account. I’m not the only one with this issue. I contacted DE support and they say all transactions are handled by Nintendo through the eShop and as such I have to contact them. The purchase went 100% fine though. It’s just the game that doesn’t get the content from it. How can we let DE know about this if support just bounces us to Nintendo’s Support?
