Damaged mods

I'm finished with Vor's prize. Codex entry says completed. About 96% of all mods i get are flawed. this shouldn't happen!  Can somebody help? What i'm doing wrong? i'm mastery level 2 and almost finished with venus.

This is intended. You will get the standard mods while playing

So WIKI isn't accurate on that? Because on wiki iz says that flawed mods drop only on Vor's prize quest.

The wiki is a player community website for centralizing information, While officially Supported by Digital Extremes, it's updated by community members. There are bound to be old data entries in it.

Yea they added the very common flawed mods for newer players. They also happen to be cheaper to upgrade than the normal ones.

Though it's still best to only upgrade mods like Serration / Hornet Strike in most cases as you will be getting rid of them.

It beats back in the day when I spend half a day farming for a Vitality on Mercury so I could progress.
