asset in orb vallis needs some use

anybody feel like the building in orb vallis has no use?
there No activity that is related to the buildings and assets other than doing the bounties 

like the spaceport area

there is so much potential in this area. like a put mission in this area, like raiding is a good example. the spaceport is a good place to start some activities like raiding

i dont even know what does this engine does, but nothing happen, it just glow and that's it

another place is the caves like this one

i want to know what this ring is, what does it do exactly?

another one is the most noticeble asset in orb vallis is this one

what is this exactly, is there anything related to the orokin exactly with this thing? does it do something? is there a reason why its located there in the first place?
