Do you actually notice a difference in visual quality? if you read the latest patch notes, they changed how FPS are calculated to make it more accurate.

Check if you have DX11 turned on.

Update your drivers.

Check if there are processes running in the background. Sometimes Windows 10 downloads updates without your knowledge.

What graphics card and CPU do you use?

Yeah I have similar problem from time to time. I play on my laptop with i5-7300HQ and GTX1066. For some time it handles the game with maxed setting at 60fps, but other time I get ~30 fps with even lowest graphic setting. Idk if there's a way to solve the problem.

What's your GPU? Did performance change before or after the latest warframe update? Are your drivers up to date?

I'm asking mainly because i'm using nvidia and started having awful performance in every game after updating to its latest drivers and had to roll back to the previous ones.
