Unable to proceed in The War Within Quest

Earlier in the day while I was playing this quest, my computer crashed right around the part where I needed to go see Tenshin again at the mountain pass, but for some reason when I relog to play the quest, I am automatically playing as an Excalibur with operator powers but when I kill myself to revert to myself as the operator I do not have the Kuva Scepter apparently equipped. And as of so I am unable to get pass an invisible wall after having to void dash across the platforms while waiting for the giant orokin sculpture to open up the next path. I tried reinstalling but has not work please help. Each time I relog into game I am automatically playing the quest as the Excalibur warframe with operator power, even if I try abandoning the quest I am automatically loaded up to play the quest again.

I managed to fix this problem, so on the launcher you should verify the download cache.
