Riven Requirement on Pistol is bugged/Not working as intended

Gift of the lotus granted me a Pistol Riven where the challenge was: Fish one fish, Mine one gem or metal, kill one enemy within 30 seconds while being undetected. Ive been at this for about an hour and a half now and I'm going to HAVE to assume this isn't working properly.

Ive gone in with varying warframes from Loki to Ash. To frost and harrow. Ive tried numerous combinations and even have gone through both PoE and Fortuna. I've gone through and equipped the veiled riven on all my secondary weapons. I've done the requirements in varying orders and even unequipped my pet/ sentinel and ran with it equipped. In short this is not cracking open and I have to assume that it just isn't working as intended.
