In Relay.....unable to buy Riven Mod slots

Greetings

Attempting to get below the Riven capacity to do the Riven Gift of the Lotus that was given to us, I was in the Relay when I went into my Mod menu.

I attempted to leave the menu to get the message of "You are currently 1 mods over the Riven Mod capacity limit."

I chose to Purchase Capacity and the game screen flashed....then nothing. I could move around the screen but was not able to go into any menu or change anything. I was capable of going into my Profile from my icon but was not able to do anything in there as I tried to buy something from my wish list. 

I am attempting to see if I can recreate this or if it was a fluke.
