Farming specific enemies

Is there a place somewhere with tips on how to best farm specific enemy units?

I'm trying to farm a stance mod for my f2p account that, as per the wiki, drops from a specific enemy unit ( Grineer Seeker ).

For my MR level, they show up on Earth and Mars, but what I am wondering is if there is a specific node or mission type that would have a better spawn rate for those Seeker units.

Since there will be more grinding and similar scenarios, I was looking for any kind of reference that could be used to guide players. Something like .. if you need to farm enemy unit xyz, the best spot is node A after N waves, etc.

Does anyone know of anything like that, or is that not a thing?
