Clan emblem rules

I just want to know if the clan emblem must be a OC or if it can be an icon from another game

I would avoid copyrighted materials though occasionally I have seen copyrighted materials sneak in.  If you're not sure and don't want to waste your plat submitting the pic (plat isn't refundable so if your image is rejected, you won't get that back), you can always contact support and show them the image to see if it'll be accepted. There are plenty of people who are willing to make emblem at a reasonable price so it's probably better go to that route if you can't draw yourself.
