What to do if I have a Wukong Rework proposal?

Have a document with a layout of wukong with a revamped skill set. Since the dev stream mentioned that a deluxe skin release could coincide with a rework, but it seemed like there wasn't much enthusiasm for a rework, I wanted to give some input to hopefully make it less of a chore. Where does stuff like that go if it is not to be ignored! I made a suggestion topic in the past but it disappeared so fast and was pointless. Like writing a letter and then simply burning it.

He's pretty much invincible but is so underwhelming. Anything that makes him interesting to play will work, like Nehza was fixed.

Didn't work out well the last time he tried to apparently, which is why he's asking for help so all his time spent making this rework suggestion wouldn't be lost in a sea of other posts.

I'd suggest mailing it to DE if that's possible?

Nor have any of my Wukong rework threads, doesn't change matters though.

I did do a wukong search and saw how often you work on trying to DE to improve wukong. It's not worth it, is it. I'll let this one go.
