Warfrme not sending password confirmation email

Question

I was helping my friend getting the account but she forget her password we try to use the "forgot password" after that we waited and waited to get the confirmation email but we didn't get it, we are using Gmail, we try to use other account and it send the email instantly 

Help pls what can we do?

My gf was in the same exact situation. It was Gmail as well.

Can she login to support? Else she needs to create a new account, file a ticket there and explain the situation. Also she has to give as much information as possible to verify it's her account. Support will then change the email adress manually.

It takes some time though
