What arcane is best to negate burst?

I play a lot of squishy warframes. I also find arbitration to be the most fun mode in the game. The things mentioned above don't really mix well and I find it extremely frustrating to get 1-shot 30 minutes into the mission, just because you didn't pay attention for 2 seconds. So yea, what would you recommend?

Arcane to prevent oneshot? None.

Closest would be Guardian...but that only triggers after being hit.

 

I guess you have to step your game, mod differently or use defensive frames

Why bother with arcanes? Just play Octavia. CC-everything and hand out huge damage buffs while being invisible forever and watching enemies kill themselves. No skill required, beat any mission while wearing a blindfold, guaranteed success. Order now 0800-CHEESE.
