The case on hand is also not as simple as it seems at first glance. While the process made leveling very quick it also required the constant use of Forma in preperation for every leveling run. So while leveling itself was made quicker, the people who did also invested a fair bit of Forma. Therefore I suggest banning no one forever over this, especially since a Warframe Partner showed it off.

i totally agree with you and you have to consider you have to not only forma your khora you also have to lvl it every time from 0-5 and do it again so it not that much faster and easier than just doing a ESO or Hydron run especially considering the cost of all those forma invested to do so

honestly i dont see any issue of him being perma-banned for it. He made a mistake on posting the video, and if DE decides to punish him for it -- then too bad. It kinda violates the game ToS , it will be unfair to those who got their accounts perma-banned because of the violation only having them to unban noob because he's a WF partner

For the exploit in question you had to use a Forma for every run. So it isn't entirely without investment. So since building Forma is rather slow it will be bought in the market.

I agree, but I'm afraid that if they punish the player base from this exploit, they might not do it equally and fair enough. That's mainly all from my concern, unfair treatment or double standards have happened in this community in the past.

The way i see it if you go around and splat the dog of someone at DE and he decide to ban you for that well they have the right to do so and you have no word to say about it because they claimed that right.

Well i did too and i wonder how they gonna handle this situation to be honest i would prefer if they could just remove the mastery of what i tested otherwise if i get banned this is gonna be Historical believe me i literaly tested it with the worst weapons in the game ^.^

considering you already said gaining exp the "normal" way is easy enough the exploit is not even that gamebreaking and hard to pull off because you need a khora and invest many forma and lvl up khora every single time to 5 again blah blah blah its not that easy to do as many people think so its not that big of a differenec compared to ESO or Hydron

That is actually what happened aswell since you had to use a Forma for every run. So the "worst offenders" of this are the most likely to have given additional Plat for Forma bundles to skip leveling.

yes. i did say that

but exploiting a bug - no matter how big or small the impact is, is really risky. Wanna try it? I wont. You go on ahead. I dont really have a problem with the game mechanics as it is and if i found out that there's a way to 'max out everything in 30 seconds thru an exploit' ? i'd rather stray away from it and try reporting it.

see No Man's Sky ? how fast did the game got boring because of the dupe glitch? every player had all the resources they need, all the money they need to buy S-Class ships and how's it faring for them now?

to them it may seem as a 'harmless bug' but it's killing the game slowly because players are getting bored in the game real fast because the whole point/mechanic of the game (which is farming, gathering) can be skipped to maximum numbers and you dont need to do the grinding anymore.

at this point i probably dont care this much about the exploit and the fact that they could ban me, im really annoyed of the direction the game is heading now because Nooblshowtek is a warframe youtuber for 4 years now i think and since day 1 he did videos about exploids and bugs and noone at DE really cared about it they fixed it and it was done, everyone used exploits it was the funniest thing to do all my funny memories of this game were somehow linked to a bug or exploit thats what made it funny and thats what got me playing the game the journey to explore the world in our way and find new things(bugs and exploits) every now and then and most of them were far more gamebreaking than this one but nobody got punished 

and the way DE is f ing up the veterans these days sometimes i want to laugh about it sometimes i want to cry about it every time they say this is the new endgame content and every time it was just a joke like sorties, sanctuary onslaught and now arbitrations where they were so close but f ed it up again by giving the veterans endo which they couldnt care less about and decreasing the enemy scaling so its even easier than most other endless missions out there ... ive over 1million endo and now they give me endo for arbitrations wow keep it up DE and they dont have to ban me because im already away

Good, Exploits should be avoided by players because something like this can happen, But there are some glitches that have been there for a long time, as mentioned by AIAS-5, i have encountered some of these in the past

Thanks for the hotfix!

I just got garuda (finally) out of my foundry on the weekend and she is absolutely amazing. But.... There was a couple of times on survival missions that i literally failed to survive because i couldnt use my second ability on anyone. "INVALID TARGET"-s everywhere... So on survivals she s*cks now, but i don't know if its a bug or something i didn't know about the frame, and if it is than on survivals it will be sh*t with this invalid target madness...

For me, I barely play this game because the end-game content sucks, I kept playing for exploits (particularly ones that don't hurt anyone like generating Primed Chambers/Plat or killing team mates), Here are some of the one's I've used:

Infinite damage Multiplier to the next damage instance you make (Not patched yet and it's NOT Void Strike, but I can see it stacking with void strike 0.o)
Instantaneously Travel large distances at 50m-100m per second (patched)
Khora exp to fodder junk weapons (patched as of now but the same thing with Volt's 2 or Saryn's 3 is still allowed?)
Infinite EHP (Surprisingly not patched nor noticed yet)
Infinitely regenerating energy (patched)
Infinite power strength (patched)

However to my defense on this recently patched one:

• With the glitch I can level up a single weapon 6 times every forma and takes about 30 minutes to complete a cycle (Probably 10-12 weapons per hour)
• Without the glitch I go to Bere and level up 2 weapons per game while I literally AFK (I can do like 6 weapons per hour)

Spending the forma lets me level up faster, so I opted to spend maybe 140p on the bundle? I remember when they added bullet jump when players exploited the helicopter glitch. That is why I hope they see this as a "we need to implement to pay to skip the leveling" feature.

I was taking a break from Warframe and when i come back i see this GG i think avobe 500 ppl getting perma bans well number is not a matter they can fetch a lot of ppl in a very short amount of time like new update new warframes like that so its a no loss to DE but damn so many ppl will get ban and even noob got 2035 ban :l

the difference is im playing the game since may 2014 and ive over 6600 hours on steam and 3500 ingame but im still playing not because i need ressources so the game is not only here for aquiring ressource i have 13million nanospores for example i couldnt care less about this stuff but the most fun i had playing the game was when we looked for some bugs and exploits back than, we back than had a agreement so we would tell DE about the bug and we could use it freely until its fixed so we had so much fun and discovered the game in so different ways you would ever expect but now everyone gets instantly banned for such a small little thing thats just crazy in my eyes considering how they went about the same thing or even bigger ones 2 years ago

I hope you guys unban the people that got banned for the exploit, because it's up to you to make sure things like this don't happen, also are you really going to ban the guy that has showed off multiple ways to get out of bounds and bugs in the game over the years just like that? it seems counter productive even more knowing that he is one of the oldest warframe partners on top of being a founder.

I would think being a partner is an endorsement from DE of that persons content and conduct is within the bounds of the tos. Seems highly odd or lazy they would take the bad and the good and leave the community to deal with the consequences...
