Ivara's artemis' bow allows you to use primary weapon when down

Hi everyone!

I found this nice little bug while playing with Ivara in ESO.

I've since tested in on several missions, and it seems to work on every single one.

While playing Ivara, if you're downed while having artemis' bow out, you'll switch to your primary weapon instead of your secondary one.

I think having the bow out somehow messes with the order of your weapons. Could be intersting to try out with other exalted weapons.
