Void Mails Sent By Players

There's a void mail system in game, but only NPC can send mail, players can't. (except gifts or clan announcements)
If players could use this, it will be useful.

"Players can send a mail to other players. To prevent spamming and abusing, some reasonable plats or credits will be charged, sending mails daily/weekly will limited depend on MR. The containing message is limited bytes. The sent mail will be received when log in."

Credit-Cost wouldn't limit anyone. Credits are easy to come buy.
In this case people would easily abuse that system.

If there were a Plat-Cost, nobody would use it. Why wasting plat?

First of all, my English is not fluent so some statements would be different from my purposes...

This idea was started from "How to contact friends offline" like to contacting across the earth.

Limitations like how many mails per day will enough, I think, like tradings are limited depends on MR.

Yes, this would be great.

For anyone still unclear, this gets around the "X is offline; they will not receive this message" in chat. This would make it easier to message friends who aren't on at the same time if you don't have contact outside of WF.

• Should be limited to friends/clanmates only (preventing stranger spam).
• Should have a daily limit, as OP mentioned.
• Should be able to send to multiple recipients while counting as 1 message.
