The harpoon deals real damage

In the assault mission in assassination of phriod, my rhino prime suddenly dead after a hit form an ancient while i still get ironskin for about 9k, after my resparwed, this phenomenon happened two or three times.

whats more in a ordinary mission， my mag prime was hitted by a Scorpion with her harpoon, its so strange, i get no slash or poison DOT on me, but it hurt my HP and no damage to the shield. 

However, today i want to reproduce this phenomenon in my Simulacrum, it seems disappeared, i have no sence of whether the latest update have fixed it.
