HELP! Need help on a mission [NSW]

Is there anyone here who is good with Spy missions? I'm doing the last one for the Codex' and I just can't pass the damn mission, I can do the hacking part fine, but I always set off alarms, some I swear just happen. The worst one is the touch sensitive floor or something, I just can't. I've tried so many times now, and I've made it to the last one maybe 3 times, then failed because I have no idea where to go in the last 20seconds following that. 

I'm kinda frustrated from it, so if there is anyone willing to lend a hand and just carry me, I'd be more than appreciative.

Sensitive floor? Are you talking about the Corpus hacking room with the green beams on the floor? If so, there is a Console on the first room that turns those off.

They spy missions are really just learning each map. Once you learn each puzzle you can do them in your sleep
