I'll point out both have happened in hand held mode. The first one was when fighting Sergeant Ruk. In one fight I crashed 3 times alone. And it wasn't just me. My entire squad save for one person (always a different person who was okay). The Second one is every time I try to enter the plains from Cetus, whether bounties or just to explore, it crashes before the doors open. I'd just thought I'd let it be known!
