Standing and Floof Tags while conserving animals.

I've noticed that the amount of standing that the game says I've earned as well as the amount of tags I have earned from the animals I've captured is not reflected in the actual amount I get once returning to Fortuna. For instance I will capture a group of Pobbers and it will say that I collect 600 standing per Pobber as well as collecting the tags of each of the three Pobbers, but when I return to Fortuna to check my standing and to exchange the tags for Floofs the numbers are different and I don't get as much reputation or as many tags.

Same here, trying to get a fix of conserving 6 delicate pobbers and when I'm in Biz' menu to buy the equivalent floof it says I have 3/5 tags when I caught 6.

Happened to me also.  

I had a resource booster from daily login.  Captured 3 Virmink, for a total of 6 tags, but when I went back to biz it said I only had 3 tags (not sure how many I had before)
