But Galvanized Blade, the electric Arch-Melee mod, costs 11 mod energy. The other arch-wing elemental mods of the same vein, such as Glacial Edge, Electrified Barrel, and Poisonous Sting, only cost 9. Galvanized seems like it should only cost 9 as well.
