can i delete this?

my computer gave a low on storage warning so i used WinDirStat to find the largest files, and i found that this file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam2\steamapps\common\Warframe\Cache.Windows\F.TextureDx9.cache is 18.5 Gigabites, can i delete this as it is a cache file?

if you delete that file .. 

you gonna need to download everything again .so its not an smart option to do .. 

the best thing you could do is giving steam an diffrent drive that has more space so the downloaded content can be placed in the new directory

warframe depends on that file

damn that made me remember all those troll videos from my early years on the internet with people saying that you could delete this, making your pc run faster.
