Interface lock bug at end-of-mission screen

End of game screen was open still, and I linked a Zaw in the squad chat, (and I may also have clicked it?).

No Zaw selection screen popped up. I had to click [EXIT] before it would allow me to select one. I did, then chatted on before realising this locked my interface.

No pressing ESC and no running around the orbiter, pressing hotkeys or anything.

 

Only way I have found to unlock the interface again is to click your user icon at the top left and select Navigation. (I imagine all other menus work the same)
