Operator firing and standing still won't swivel as the host

I noticed that when I'm a client in missions, I can use my operator and swivel (feet planted, upper torso rotating) when shooting in many directions while standing in the same spot. When I'm the host of missions and doing the same thing, the entire body of my operator turns (feet magically sliding to face the direction fired at).

I like the swivel and assume that's the intended animation. Hope I can see it again as a host because I solo a bit and like that swivel action.
