Mastery Points (MOAs)

Below are the ways a player can gain Mastery Points:

• Bringing up the ranks of Weapons, Sentinel weapons, Archwing weapons K-Drives (ungilded), and MOA s (gilded) will earn 100 mastery points for each rank gained up to Rank 30 for a total of 3,000.
• Bringing up the ranks of Warframes, Companions and Archwings earn 200 mastery points for each rank gained up to Rank 30 for a total of 6,000.

 

Is this correct? Companions get 6k but MOA which are Companions are only 3k total? Anyone know what MOAs actually give?

For anyway interested, based on my testing, I got 6k for each moa i build/guilded/maxed. Thus is does follow the Companion 6k MR rule.

YEs it is but only Built moas award Mastery points, those you purchase pre-built and pre-gilded dont.

So can anyone tell me which is the truth ?

I want to buy a MOA now because my inferior wood Laptop crashes everytime I enter Orb Vallis, literally can't farm shjt in Fortuna until I get better laptop. Plat is not my only hope.

I never record my before and after of leveling MOAs so if you did than I'll trust you. Just sad MOAs follow modular weapons and not companion's rule of getting 6k. Not that this really changes max mastery points compared to others, just annoying to remember.
