(XBOX)J3K
Weapons displayed on warframe articula degrade over multiple sessions until they are mere parts or missing completely form the statue. Guns reduce down to only render the handle area while claws will completely disappear. It's effectively permanent once the degradation has completed and seems tied to the individual articula themselves as it will then display a broken version of any weapon chosen in the arsenal. (XBOX)J3K
I took a closer look and they aren't disappearing, but melting and collapsing in upon themselves. The bulk of the barrels are being ground into a small point just beyond the handle sections.

(XBOX)RenZ1416
I've encountered the same issue with my Grineer and Corpus Articula. I thought their weapons had completely disappeared, but they just melted into a tiny dot.
(XBOX)Hadies30
This seems to be caused by having whatever weapon that is showcased set to be hidden when holstered. The way they are mushed is similar to what happens to the weapon when holstered or taken out and while hidden in mission. Setting the weapon to be showing seems to fix the issue.
