Hydroid's water effects don't render properly

Recently i decided to dig up Hydroid P and play around with him.

and i noticed something that triggered my OCD pretty hard:

-When i use his puddle i cannot see the water on the floor

-When using his 3 in air the effect also doesn't render (the melting effect tho still renders but the actual falling water effect doesn't)

Tentacles from his 4 also don't have visible tiny water puddle around them

His 2 however renders its effects properly
