Toroids

I was told this morning that DE was going to increase the drop rate of toroids with the patch that adds the ability to kill the spiders.

I can't seem to find that supposed info. Did I miss it? Are they increasing the drop rate? Or is it staying the absolutely horrid drop they currently are?

The information was on Rebbeca's twitter : 

So toroid drop rate won't increase they will drop for Orbs, ike sentient cores does from Eidolons.

I didn't say the patch had released. This comment in invalid. I was told by players, and came to the forums to ask because I couldn't find the data.

Thanks for that answer. Now we hope that they aren't like debt bonds and can actually be gotten from heist rewards easier.
