Weird graphical glitching leads to crashing

While I was playing an Axi relic mission, there was a graphical glitch of some kind that lead to my client lagging really really bad. Also, the purple Lotus transmission came and didn't go away for any reason. There wasn't even anything transmitting. During the mission I got a war blueprint, which we all know if very very rare. I did get the items that I opened from the relics, in an email, but I did not get the War blueprint. I was wondering if this issue has come up in the past and if there's some way I could get the war blueprint back?

There was also some weird issues with the mobs too. They would cause the mobs who are being corrupted to stay immortal for a way longer time then normal, and would make it very difficult to pass to the next wave.
