Does mesa prime, and nyx and titania rework comes with fortuna part 2?

I wonder, either 18th december is Mesa Prime PA release date, or with the fortuna II?

Prime access comes in a quick little hotfix so all platforms can get it in time so I doubt they'll add Fortuna part 2 in for PC

Mesa prime access is confirmed December 18 which is a Tuesday while Fortuna Part 2 release is aimed for "next week", which will probably be Thursday or Friday if its not the week after.

All prime accesses are pretty much set dates for years to come, like movies, haha. It isnt bound to anything else. Probably the only thing with a set date in this game, tho warframe itself have some wiggle room *cough* mirage skipped a turn *cough* 

It may come with fortuna part2, but only as a coincidence. And likewise, if fortuna part2 would be unfortunately postponed again - Mesa still coming on the 18th.
