I can't obtain revenant's blueprint

When I started the mission everything went well until the npc told me to "talk to konzu" so I did that, and the quest interrupted.

It resumed when I crafted some revenant components (systems and chassis) so I went back to the plains and did the quest until I had to kill the revenant spectre. I killed it but it didn't drop the blueprint. To avoid glitching of sorts I went straight back to the orbiter and did the thing again. I tried it for about 5 times and it didn't drop it once. I also tried crafting the neuroptics but nothing.

What am I supposed to do?
