RAILJACK recruitment:

The railjack ship allow us to invade and battle others ships, would also be great if we get transmissions of ships damaged or in danger, then creating a rescue mission for the crew . Once de event is done some members of the crew may want to join the tenno factio, The same could happen if we are attacking a tenno or corpus ships and they decide to surrender, but in this case we could also send them do the Perrin Sequence or Steel Meridian. And in the we aboard a infested ship the mission would be to find and rescue any survivors or a infested salvage mission.

The recruits could be send in missios with extractors to gather resources for the player, may causing them to trigger some events, like find rare resources, some of the group dying making the players look for more recruits to replace the ones lost, or even find another ships in danger

We could also summon some of members of the crew as we do with the specters.

As the crew of the player(or clan) grows and missions are made, the recruits increase their ranks, where de player could spend resources to give the soldiers new equipments and even small ships to allow them to help the railjack in missions.

While some of this is confusing (I understand english is not your first language), there's some seriously good ideas, or the seed for them at least.

Using the Railjack to access Defection missions, but having to defend the Railjack access port/landing port while escorting the defectors would be a nice and much needed twist. Doubly so if you could order the Railjack detatch and re-attach to different ports mid-mission. The same idea might apply to fighting the Corpus or Grineer and extracting prisoners/survivors. Might even bring an interesting twist to sabotage missions as an alternate mission objective after completing the main one: having to evacuate a previously unknown group of survivors off the crashing ship.

However, I don't think forcing defeated enemies to join your faction is in line with the current lore and tone of the game.

I feel most of the other ideas are a tad too similar to what WoW (and some other games) attempted with the Garrison, having a control over a small army of passive crewmen to dispatch on lower level missions. While this might be an interesting concept, it doesn't quite align with the current methodology of the Tenno as lone or elite warriors. Though I am definitely not opposed to finally opening the doors of my Dojo to a crew of NPCs to inhabit and use as their headquarters. Would definitely liven up the downtime areas of the game.
