Hello all. Longtime player here who was nailed by the neg platinum issue a few months ago due to my steam account being compromised. I decided to finally return and clear up my balance by picking up the $80 Prime Access pack. The items and plat have not been added to my account however, and I contacted support for help. I am still restricted from logging in until this is resolved and I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and also how long it might take for a problem like this to get resolved since support seems to take a while.
