Controller Bug, unable to look until mouse is moved.

 As stated in title, whenever i  open a menu, open gear menu, engage archwing, etc im unable to look around with my controller, but can still move and press buttons. The only way to fix it is to jostle the mouse, then continue until it triggers again. Which in the process of opening the gear menu to fish, exiting, going to archwing and flying away requires me to jostle the mouse 4 or 5 times. This just occured with todays hotfix as i have been playing fine the last few weeks! Please help!

(im using an xbox one elite controller, the right analog stick stops responding until mouse is moved)

Same problem as of today with a wired Xbox 360 pad, it's really troublesome. 😕

Oh wow, I hadn't gone into a mission when I posted before and it's even worse than I thought. The right stick stops working every time I use an ability so I have to jostle the mouse each time, as well as all the other times it happens.

I found a workaround, unplugging my 2nd wired Xbox 360 joypad stops this bug, but that's still a problem because I need that joypad plugged in so I can voice chat (the headphone jack gradually gets ruined if I plug the headset into the joypad I'm using.)
