Really long support times?

I have waited over a week for a reply for an issue regarding "negative platnum" I tried logging in and it said account restricted due to negative platnum. I tried contacting support to no avail. I had made a 2nd ticket 3 days later because I thought maybe i posted the wrong area. but the only reply i get is regarding not making multiple tickets :(

Yes, making a new ticket only extends the waiting time, juat wait and keep in mind that a response can take up to 3 weeks

Holiday period & busy times, it wouldn't surprise me if it takes 4-5 weeks total before the ticket is processed.
