Nox_Terminus Posted December 18, 2018 Share Posted December 18, 2018 (edited) I purchased Mesa's Prime Access over 2 hours ago via Amazon Pay, and the payment has already gone though. Yet none of the Prime Access items have been added to my account. Needless to say this is extremely frustrating, and I would like some clarification of what the problem is. Preferably before DE goes on Holiday vacation. If this is an issue with Amazon Pay I'd suggest you inform players what the issue is. If this is not a known issue then I'd suggest taking Amazon Pay off as one of the payment options until the issue is solved. Amazon just refunded the money, but without any clarification as to what the issue was. I'd suggest no one use Amazon Pay for this.
