steam DLC not working

hi, i just bought the mesa prime pack (mesa,pistols and redeemer) via steam... however the items and platinum are not linking to my account on warframe... not even in the account managment section of the warframe site.

steam refuse refunds as they contain plat... so im stuck... any clues on what i can do to remedy the situation?

my accounts are linked via the site in account managment... i have restarted my computer also so to refresh both steam and warframe.

exactly the same thing happened to me, steam  shows the dlc as Installed but i didn't get anything. It could be a steam problem? or is it DE faults?

Bought the mesa prime ballistic battery pack. It says "INSTALLED" under Steam's dlc box but I cant access the platinum or the weapons or glyphs ingame.

already been 2 days.Tried restarting steam.VERIFYING warframe launcher thing.logged in and out of warframe.but it doesnt show up.
