Standing/Rewards Being lost by host migration or session unavailable in elevator.

This has happened on 3 separate occasions and frankly I can't figure out how to fix it other than playing solo. Today me and my wife ran bounties on Fortuna and on the way back inside she was disconnected from the team and she did not receive any of the rewards or standings.  She received all her harvested materials and mod pickups, but her standing and bounty rewards were completely lost. Our setup is two PS4 connected to a wireless router and Last I checked the connections formed by the game are Peer2Peer.  Yet we are having connection problems even though we are connected to the same router.  can't port forward due to some ports being blocked by my ISP so I may need some help on you guys end.  Please and thank you.
