Akjagara Prime’s innate 0.2 punch through

Anyone else wonder why they only gave it 0.2 punch through cuz according to wikia and testing, thats only really enough to go through lancer shields which is an enemy type in only one faction so im lightweight confused as to why they even bothered unless im missing something.

It's a Secondary. That they even have the little Punchthrough they do is great. Notice the cost of putting PT mods on a Secondary vs. the ones that exist for Primary weapons.
