Water effects not visible in dojo

In my clan dojo, when I get close to the streams and ponds, I cannot see the water. It is beyond crystal clear it is invisible. When I angle my view I can see some light reflections, but the water itself cannot be seen.

 

I remember it wasn't always like this and I am trying to figure out what in my settings is causing the problem?

It's not your settings.  It's a recent glitch.  All dojo water seems to be transparent.  I'm sure they'll fix it soon.

Water on almost all tilesets is like that. It's unsettling, especially because on one map, you have to wade through it, but there's no bottom, just skybox. It's fairly trippy.

Yeah, like the lighting fix that turned dark gray rocks into severely white washed looking ones.
