Launcher Glitch

The launcher takes forever to load and when it does it crashes, what do I do?

Go into Programs and Features (or whatever Win10 is calling it this week) in the Windows control panel and uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable and then reinstall it from Microsoft's site below. Install the 64-bit (x64) is running 64-bit Warframe or the 32-bit (x86) if not. It can't hurt to install both.

The last post I saw with this problem the person had to go into the cog on the top right of the launcher and untick bulk and aggressive download as well as DX10/11 to get it to patch and then turn those options back on again after.
