I didn't recieve prime Access after purchasing!

ns platform.2days ago I bought chroma prime Access. But i didnt get anything! what's wrong with this？80$ is really a deal to me. and i feel bad now. can anyone help me?

then I found a thing. I play the game in jp account. But the game is downloaded in us account. so i purchase the Access in us account. is that wrong?

i contacted DE support. But i don't know when they can help me 😫😫😫
