I legit cannot log onto my account.

Before anyone laughs at the title of this post, hear me out. I've been playing this game for over 3 months. No major issues. Not even 20 minutes ago, there was a hotfix that deployed. Being a good person, I waited and waited until it told me to restart my game. I updated the game, restarted the game, and logged in.

Login failed. Check your info.

That's awfully funny, since I typed in my password, and I know my password. I typed it again, same result. Eventually, I just gave up and tried to reset my password. But that wasn't it.

ACCOUNT LOOKUP FAILED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER

I'm not trying to sound rude when I say this, but I've made a lot of progress on that account and the last thing I'd want to do is start over from scratch. Hell, I never wanted this to be an issue I had to bring up to DE, but here I am. So with that being said, I don't know what to do. Please help.

I beleive that the servers are having some serious problems at the moment. Even the forums. When i clicked on your forum post, i got a website error.

All we can do is to post on the hotfix post and wait. They do their best to fix this issue.

the problem hasn't been resolved for everyone, I still can't connect to the game.
