Out of Bounds Recovery Looping

While doing Sanctuary Onslaught, I fell out of bounds and got stuck in the recovery loop with my screen fading to black and my warframe respawning constantly. I was casting an ability as I fell.

I was still able to take damage and die, but getting revived and respawning did not fix it. Using /unstuck also did not work.

This bug happened to me twice before I made this forum post. Both times I was using Garuda on Sanctuary Onslaught and both times I was casting her 3 when I fell out of bounds.

Using Nvidia Shadowplay, I was able to record the bug itself and what I was doing right before it happened.

This happened to me while casting Rhino's 3 in a mission a few days ago. Luckily it was an easy sortie and the rest of the team just had to finish without me. Super annoying though.
