But build the 'Amp', there is no bonus on the recharge delay. It still 2.0 seconds for recharge on the status. Only bonus with increase recharge speed '45/s' from '30/s' and increase energy pool '120' from '100'.

 Hope to be fix the 'Anspatha Brace' follow it's description as 'Reduces recharge delay' with 'Decreases energy regeneration time'. Or change it's description as 'Decreases energy regeneration time' with' increase 'Energy pool'.

The real problem here is that there is no such "single purpose brace" that influences Operator Void Energy at all so it is just outright lying to you anyway.
