They should be listed there. Did you get an email confirmation of your ticket having been submitted? That also contains a link to it.
If you didn't receive confirmation either, or if the link leads to nothing, something went wrong and I would suggest submitting it again.

Edit: as Vile said, but if everything is fine on that end:

One support ticket is enough, spamming it will increase the your waiting time.

Depending on priority and how busy the support team is, your issue can be resolved in a couple of days or everal weeks.
