Keetuee
Has anyone else noticed that when using blind rage it makes the cost of his first ability (elude) way higher per second than the 55% decrease in effiency should give I tested putting streamline and fleeting expertise and it went down to 0.63 energy drain per second and then put on blind rage and it jumper to 3.5 energy drain per second When using streamline and fleeting expertise the effiency is 175% and when i put blind rage on it dropped to 150% so i don't think that 25% decrease should add almost 3 exttra energy drain per seccond (sorry if i misspell words english is not my first language) Edited December 20, 2018 by Keetuee

Because "drain" abilities like Elude / Exalted Blade / World On Fire / whatnot take into account both Efficiency and Duration to determine the ultimate cost. https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Ability_Duration#Energy_Drain_for_Toggled_Abilities Having a maxed Streamline and Fleeting Expertise hits a "sweet spot" of 190% Efficiency and 40% Duration, where you get minimum drain costs. However, any reduction in Efficiency will up your drain costs severely, because you're still terribly low on Duration.
