Why is the Warframe Support that slow

Hello, 

I asked the Support to make a simple Account-Recovery, that was 10 Days ago.

That was my first time messaging the Warframe Support Team and I wanted to know whether they are always that slow and send automated E-Mail instead of actually reviewing the Problem or if this is an unusual Problem

Mainly because they are a small team that gets sent thousands of tickets everyday, thus the reason why they are slow with answering to tickets. Don’t worry though, they’ll eventually get to your ticket soon enough.
