Segments Lost on Switch

So a week or so ago, I accidentally linked the wrong PC account to my switch so I lost all of my components. I’ve grinded and gotten almost everything back, but the issue is that I’ve lost my void relic segment as well as my incubator segment. I tried replaying the missions, but I haven’t gotten them back. Does anyone know what to do to get them again?

If the quests aren't activating them all you can do is log a ticket. Be warned that support are currently very busy due to 2x Fortuna updates and the NSW launch.
